Aghori 1/6
I can respect the disregard that Aghoris have for traditional religion as they one-pointedly pursue their goal of becoming one with Shiva. I like to meditate periodically in graveyards to practice Neti-Neti, I'm not this, which is a great practice in remembering that one is not a body, so I can appreciate their meditations in crematorium grounds. I don't mind the wearing of ash or eating out of a skull bowl; however, the eating of human flesh that Aghori's do is not to my taste. It is a pathway that can lead to siddhis or powers, but those can be a great detriment and distraction from becoming one with the Truth. Still I respect the variety of spiritual paths that exist on this planet.
